About Us
Project Green Build (PGB) is a non-profit corporation located in Southwest Washington State, north of the Columbia River from Portland, Oregon. Its main stake is in creating demand for sustainable home building in the region by educating the residential home building industry and the public to the benefits of green built homes.
By leveraging charitable donations, project partnerships, volunteerism and government programming, Project Green Build offers green building educational support and services and works to create incentives to purchase and build green homes.
By providing information at industry conferences and at local vending opportunities, Project Green Build funds its education programming, operational costs and outreach with the help of PGB Project Partners®.
This "push" marketing approach expands opportunities and the demand for further green building projects in the region.
PGB is expanding its reach and board of directors adding to Executive Director Brandon Tauscher; David Johnson, City Building Inspector for La Center, Washington, Bruce Carter, Clark Public Utilities Energy Specialist, and Lou Malattia, Lead Plans Examiner in Clark County.
