Our Projects

The Mainstream Green Home project will serve dual roles as an open house and educational classroom. Guided tours of the home’s construction are being planned and a website created to further introduce green building techniques, green materials and green mechanical systems. Partnerships will be forged among local businesses with an interest in expanding an affordable green building market.

The Living House at Felida, a joint partnership of Project Green Build, a 501(c)3 educational non-profit, and Fazzolari Custom Homes, strives to be the first single family residence to reach the Living Building Challenge standard of building. Open for tours, the partnership will use sponsorships, donations, and trades-in-kind to subsidize costs of construction, with profits from the sale of the home to be used for further green building education in Clark County.
